 Hydraulic
Power Systems, Inc. (HPSI) was founded in 1980. Its primary operation was
concentrated on custom design and manufacture of hydraulic systems. The
founders (including current chairman, Robert Kissick) had gained many years
of experience in the foundation construction industry. As a result, HPSI's
first standard products included hydraulic auger systems and hydraulic winch
systems. After years of manufacturing hydraulic power units for HPSI's augers
and for vibratory driver/extractors built by numerous other foundation construction
equipment manufacturers, HPSI designed its own version of a vibratory driver/extractor
in 1991 and has become a leader in the industry. In 1992, HPSI began marketing
a hydraulic impact hammer. Through the years, as a compliment to its product
lines, HPSI has also designed a number of pile driving accessories including
fixed and swinging lead systems.
HPSI strives to satisfy its customers by producing high quality, reliable, long lasting equipment at competitive prices. HPSI products are at work serving customers in a variety of applications throughout the world.
